As the first post, I'd like to share my most favorite cake of all time. Lemon & Orange Cake with Citrus Icing.
This cake is very soft, buttery and taste gorgeous especially if you taken a bite WITH the icing. It is not very sweet and in no way at all sour.
Fresh lemon and orange juice and zest was used in this recipe.
Suitable for parties, teas and whatever event you can think of.
